1. Purpose

These terms govern the online sale of flours and bakery products intended for final consumers, marketed by Molino Braga S.r.l. through the website molinobraga.it. All purchases imply full acceptance of these conditions.

2. Prices and availability

All prices are expressed in euros, including VAT, and may change without prior notice. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Products are subject to availability at the time of order.

3. Payment methods

Payment can be made using the methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other options indicated during checkout). Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made throughout Europe via express courier. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 working days depending on the destination country. Delays not attributable to Molino Braga S.r.l. (e.g., customs or transport issues) do not entitle the customer to compensation.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods, without giving any reason, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

To exercise this right, customers must send a written notice via e-mail to marketing@molinobraga.it, indicating the order number and the products to be returned.

Products must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Molino Braga S.r.l. will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened.

6. Complaints and damaged products

In case of defective or damaged products, customers must notify Molino Braga S.r.l. within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and product. The company will replace or refund the item, subject to availability.

7. Data protection

Personal data collected during the purchase process are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer’s court, or, for business customers, the Court of Brescia.
